Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not, we want to rectify that!
Order Cancellations:
- To cancel your order, please notify us by email or telephone as soon as
possible. You can send an email to sales@holistichealingcompany.co.uk with
a Subject heading of “Order Cancellation”. Please include your Order
number within the email.
- If we receive your order cancellation instruction before dispatching the
goods, you shall be entitled to a full refund of the total order price, including
delivery charges.
- If we receive your order cancellation after we have dispatched your goods,
you are no longer eligible to cancel your order. You can return the goods to
us in accordance with the Returns section below, excluding delivery charges.
Returns:
- You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a refund
or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition
that you received it, and in its original packaging. If you have opened or
damaged the product packaging in a way that renders it unusable, we
reserve the right to provide you with a partial refund only.
- All returned products must be adequately packaged for return.
- We will not accept damaged returns, and reserve the right to refuse your
return if it has not been sent by registered/recorded mail.
- Please retain your original registered/recorded mail receipt as proof of the
return in the unlikely event that your return package does not reach us.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Sale items or items marked as clearance
To Initiate a Return:
1. Contact us at sales@holisitichealingcompany.co.uk to request a return.
Please ensure your email clearly states in the subject line 'Return'
2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
3. If you wish to return part of your order, please state which items you want to
return.
4. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
5. For the return of items that are not defective or incorrectly delivered, you
are required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us.
6. Please retain Proof of Posting in case goods are lost in transit.
Availability:
All items are subject to availability, and we will endeavour to communicate stock availability on our website.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item, and subject to your compliance with the
returns section above, your refund will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be processed to your original payment method within 5-10
business days.
- If you are returning goods because they were damaged in transit, or
because incorrect products were delivered, you are entitled to a refund of the
full product price of the returned product and a refund of the original
delivery charge.
- In all other circumstances, you will be entitled to a refund of the full product
price of the returned product, excluding the delivery charge incurred.
- Your refund will be applied to the credit/debit card used for the transaction
within 14 working days of our acceptance of your returned goods.
Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange an item for the same item (e.g., a different scent),
don't hesitate to get in touch with us to initiate the exchange process.
