Delivery Policy

1. Payment

Holistic Healing Company accept the following methods of payment:

- Credit cards: Visa (incl. Electron Credit), Visa Premium, Mastercard, Mastercard Premium, Diners Club International (including Discover, BC card and Dina Card)

- Debit cards: Visa Debit (including Electron), Debit Mastercard, VPAY (VISA), PayPal

 

2. Delivery Areas:

We currently offer standard delivery to all mainland UK postcodes. If you live outside of this area, please contact us directly for potential delivery options.

3. Availability:

All items are subject to availability, and we will endeavour to communicate stock availability on our website. In the unlikely event that a product is out of stock before stock levels have been updated online, we will notify you of expected delivery times as soon as possible.

 

4. Delivery Times:

- Orders are processed within 2 business days.

- Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

- Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors

  such as weather and holidays.

 

5. Delivery Fees:

- Postage and packaging are charged at £3.85 and will be automatically applied at

  checkout.

- Orders over £50 are delivered free of charge.

 

6. Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

 

7. Delivery Issues:

If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost during transit, please contact us at sales@holistichealingcompany.co.uk or 07770 878458 within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
