1. What products do you offer for Holistic Healing?
We offer a range of products designed to support holistic healing, including candles, essential oil candles, diffusers, and room mists. Each product is crafted to promote relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.
2. How do your candles support nervous system healing?
Our essential oil candles are infused with therapeutic essential oils known for their calming and restorative properties. When burned, they release soothing aromas that can help reduce stress, promote relaxation, and support emotional balance. Our fragrance oil range offers the same well-being benefits on a lower budget.
3. What types of essential oils are used in your diffusers and room mists?
We use 100% pure, therapeutic-grade essential oils in our Essential Oil range of candles, diffusers and room mists. Oils such as lavender for relaxation, chamomile for calming, and eucalyptus for clarity. Each blend is designed to create a specific atmosphere conducive to balancing the nervous system, whether Celebrate, Comfort, Focus, Indulge, Rest and Restore.
4. Are your products made from natural ingredients?
Our candles are crafted from natural ingredients, featuring coconut and rapeseed wax. Coconut wax is free from paraffin, soy, palm, beeswax and synthetic additives. It’s a natural choice for container candles, providing a clean burn and a pleasant scent.
Fragrance is at the heart of all of our healing candles, diffusers and room mists, and our fragrance oil products are crafted to perform beautifully. Essential oils are a natural alternative to fragrance oil; however, our essential oil range is slightly more expensive than our fragrance oil range due to the natural plant materials - flowers, leaves, bark and roots from which they are derived. It can be labour-intensive and requires significant quantities of plant materials. Both our fragrance oil and essential oils are created by expert perfumers in the UK and France. Each oil has undergone comprehensive testing to ensure consistent quality, safety, and a beautiful scent throw.
5. How can I use the room mists effectively?
Our room mists can be used to create a calming environment. Simply shake the bottle before use and spray it into the air or onto fabrics, avoiding direct contact with surfaces. Use it in your living space, bedroom, or office to enhance your mood and promote relaxation.
6. How long will the scent last from the diffuser?
Typically, our diffusers can last between 4 and 6 weeks, depending upon diffuser placement; for example, be mindful of draughts. If the scent is too overpowering for the space, remove a few reeds.
7. What is your return policy?

8. Do you offer international shipping?
